Blackfire5th's Bio

The first half are my mother, my sister, my cousin, and I at the hair salon.  No one salon could handle my mother, my SIL's, my six bridesmaids, and me in a timely manner, so we had to be divided between three.  I was paying for all the hair and the different salons had to call me up to tell me the total so that they could charge my card.  The last half are of us getting dressed at the Church.

Me getting my make-up done.  I would have done it myself, except I never wear make-up and don't really know how to put it on well.  This lady was great and I still felt like I looked like me when she was done.   She was also the one to do my spray tan a few days earlier and did a great job with that as well!

This is one of my favorite photos.  My MIL snapped this as the guys were eating their lunch.  They had already gotten dressed and were trying not to get their tuxes dirty!

One salon took about two hours longer than she said she would so two of my bridesmaids were running late and didn't make it for this photo.

Of course we had to get a shot of the hair!

One of the photographers took off with my dress to get some shots of it without me in it, so we were goofing around until she brought it back.

DH was relaxing as he waited for us to finish.  I think this was taken while we were having some photos done.  We chose not to see each other before the ceremony.  The groomsmen said they had a lot of fun making sure that he didn't see me.

My Grandma is helping me put on a necklace that has been in the family for 5 generations.  It has a small sapphire in it so it was my something old, blue, and borrowed.  My Grandmother surprised me by giving it to me after the ceremony.  She even wrote down who all it had belong to.
